Dozens beautify Fresno as part of Sikh Environment Day
In coordination with communities across the world, local Sikhs some took time to clean Victoria West Park near Clinton and Brawley Avenues.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- In west-central Fresno, dozens came out to celebrate Sikh Environment Day.

In coordination with communities across the world, local Sikhs took the time to clean Victoria West Park near Clinton and Brawley Avenues.

Sunday marks the new year in the Sikh calendar and is in remembrance of the prophet who is remembered for his love and sensitivity to nature and preservation.
