A man is hospitalized after a shooting in Madera

MADERA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Officials say they found a male, believed to be in his thirties, in the street near San Bruno Avenue and Raymond Thomas Street.

The victim was rushed to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.

There is no word on his condition or what led to the shooting.

Madera Police have turned the investigation over to detectives and is asking anyone with information on this incident to call the Madera Police Department.
