FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Tulare County Sheriff's Office said they arrested a 13-year-old student after they say that student made threats to "shoot up" Pixley Middle School.

Deputies arrived at the school just after 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, identified and detained the student. Investigators say they then found evidence related to the threat and executed a search warrant on the suspect's house in Pixley.
