The body was discovered on a roadway just west of the cemetery grounds before seven o'clock this morning.
Police say they found no signs of foul play, but they believe it's possible Clark died somewhere else.
Chief Barry Mann, Dos Palos Police Department: "Initially, my investigators have informed me there's a possibility that, um, the deceased may have been taken to that scene and dropped there."
The cause of death will be determined by the Merced County Coroner.
