Local College Hosts Presidential Forum

KFSN The major candidates sent proxies to spread their messages, but three parties sent their actual candidates.

The American Independent party, the Peace and Freedom party, and a Libertarian all joined local campaigners in the forum.

Whether they're mainstream or third party, the candidates presented the platforms they believe resonate with central valley voters.

Peter McMullen, Mike Huckabee supporter, says "He's a leader in areas of conservative views on taxes and sanctity of life and strong stances on immigration."

George Phillies, Libertarian Presidential Candidate, says "We're the party that's socially liberal and fiscally conservative. If you want Uncle Sam out of your bedroom and out of your pocketbook, you have only one choice."
