The missing boy's name is Jaden Herrera.
The suspect is 22 year old Jose "Joe" Herrera.
Police say Herrera was spotted about 30 minutes after the abduction, but did not have the child.
He is described as five foot six inches tall, 145 pounds and was last seen wearing a grey shirt and grey sweatpants.
