FYI Getting Makeover

The Fresno city council has selected a contractor to handle improvements at Fresno Yosemite international airport.Monday airport officials announced plans for $9 million in expansion and remodeling at the airport.

Tuesday the council voted to give the job to a contractor out of southern California.

The city will pay about $1.7 million of the cost.

The remodeling project will include a larger baggage claim area and remodeled ticket counters and security check point.
