The search for a murder suspect in Fresno sparked a 20-hour standoff but ended without anyone in custody.Dozens of officers surrounded a home near Sierra Vista and Kerckhoff hoping to catch Kenneth Wilson, last night. He's suspected in a murder near Auberry last week.

Police say they got a tip, Wilson was inside the house. They tried to contact him and at one point, had his sister come to try to talk him out. But when officers finally went inside Wilson was nowhere to be found.

Chris Curtice of the Fresno Sheriff's Department said, "We do believe that Wilson was there earlier, when the tip came in we just don't know where the window of opportunity was for him to get out of the house."

A woman who lives in the house says she doesn't know Wilson, and says he was never in the home. Investigators believe Wilson is armed and dangerous and may be holding his girlfriend and her 16-month-old son against their will.
