Cal Poly got a couple of runners on and a smash brought them both home for a 2 to nothing lead.
In the last of the 3rd Fresno State erupted. Alan Ahmady with a smash that brings home a pair of runs and gave the bulldogs a 3 to 2 lead.
Gavin Hedstrom then came up with 2 runners on and shot one out over the right center field fence for a 3 run homer. The blast caped a 6 run rally.
But in the 7th, Cal Poly turned the trick. They put a 6 spot on the board, grab the lead and ride it to a 9 to 8 win at Beiden Field.
