But Thursday the spotlight shifts to the team's two seniors. Erica Henry and Tierre Wilson play their final regular season game at the Save Mart Center.
It's an event that promises to be high on emotions.
"It'll be really emotional and everything," said Erica Henry, Bulldog's Center.
"Me and Erica just paid our dues here... go out with a bang," said Tierre Wilson, Bulldog's Guard.
Going out WAC champions would be explosion enough.
This year's squad is hoping to become the first in program history to capture the Western Athletic Conference regular season title and they can do it by winning their final two games.
"Just to hang a banner up...feels great," said Erica Henry.
With 79 wins between the two of them - through teamwork - Wilson and Henry have proved to be the second winningest class in Bulldog history.
This is something this underclassmen heavy team has taken notice of.
"We've talked a lot about playing hard...through our effort," said Coach Adrian Wiggins.
After Thursday's game the Bulldogs wrap up the regular season Saturday at Nevada before heading to Las Cruces for next week's conference postseason tournament.
