Governor Schwarzenegger Visits Fresno

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger spent Wednesday in Fresno lending his support to the "We Connect" program.Fresno Mayor Alan Autry accompanied the governor as he stopped by the "We Connect" office at Manchester Center. The program is the brainchild of First Lady Maria Shriver and it provides resources for people in economic need.

Tax advisors were on hand today providing free tax help and they made sure families were aware of the earned income tax credit.

Banks, phone companies, and insurers also let people know about financial help for low and middle income families.

Governor Schwarzenegger said this program can help many valley families. Governor Schwarzenegger also said he's proud of what his wife Maria is doing with this program.
