There is still plenty of snow in our local mountains as you can see in this live skycam picture from Sierra Summit.
Earlier Friday, skiers and 'boarders enjoyed an early weekend treat on the slopes. Starting Saturday, Sierra Summit begins selling season passes for the 2008-2009 season.
Up in Yosemite, Badger Pass already has next year's season passes available. Passes for both resorts are good for the remainder of this season as well.
