The Highway Patrol is trying to track down the pellet gun shooter who targeted at least two vehicles. It happened along westbound 180 at peach, in southeast Fresno.

The first vehicle hit was an R.V. that had run out of gas and was sitting on the shoulder of the freeway. The front passenger window was shattered by a pellet.

The second vehicle was hit closer to peach. That driver went home and called police.

Officers think the shots were fired from a dirt frontage road near the crystal falls apartments. A third car was damaged in the apartment complex.
