SJK May Get More Money

3/25/2008 Fresno, CA Tuesday, a judge intends to force the university to pay for her attorney's fees. Last December, a jury ruled in favor of Johnson-Klein who sued the university over sexual harassment and discrimination.

If the judge sticks with his tentative ruling, Fresno State will now have to pay $2.5-million dollars to Johnson-Klein's legal team. That's on top of the $6.6-million dollars she agreed to accept in order to settle her case.

The university has appealed the case to a higher court.
