The tour bus was parked along the side of the highway after blowing a tire when a Lincoln Navigator smashed into it. About 40 people were on board the bus when it was hit.
As many as 20 people were transported to the hospital with mostly minor to moderate injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said the driver of the Navigator took off on foot and still hasn't been found.
