Armenian Village of Hope

Fresno The Armenian Hope Organization is gathering donations this week to send to a village in Armenia. They call it the Village of Hope. Everything from bookcases and cement mixers to school books and clothing are being collected. The donations will then be shipped to the village. Organizers say the items will help the Armenian people as they work towards a better future.

Brian Yengoyan, Armenian Hope Organization: "To me, in my opinion I believe that Armenia's greatest resource is its people. And that resource needs to be utilized. And the only way to do that is by providing them the resources they need to prosper and grow. And this organization is solely committed to doing that."
