Fresno Falcons Season Comes to an End

The season comes to a heartbreaking end for the Fresno Falcons after being eliminated in 6 games in the conference quarterfinals by Utah.After closing a 2 goal deficit to 3, the Falcons attempts to tie were repeatedly turned away. The falcons were 0 for 7 on the power play.

Matt Thomas pulled the goalie for an extra attacker in the final minute of play. But the gamble backfired as Utah capitalizes to make one last goal. The final score was 4 to 2, Utah.

Utah took the series 4 wins to 2.

The game was the Falcons last in the Save Mart Center, next season they move back across town to Selland Arena.
