Grizzly Gets Big League Call Up

4/20/2008 Fresno, CA Saturday the San Francisco Giants plucked the speedy switch-hitter from the Fresno Grizzlies infield as an insurance for the struggling Brian Bocock.

To make room for Burriss, the Giants designated outfielder Rajai Davis for assignment meaning he could join the Grizzlies if no other team signs him.

The Giants close out their series in St. Louis Sunday before traveling to Arizona to face the Diamondbacks on Monday.
