Damon Dyer Focus of Four Drug Stings

Fresno, CA Damon Dyer pleaded not guilty to drug charges during a court appearance earlier this month. Clovis Police say Dyer was selling cocaine and the prescription painkiller "Oxycontin." police say they also found prescription painkillers and steroids in Dyer's bedroom.

According to a search warrant affidavit, Dyer was the focus of four drug sting operations by Clovis Police.

A confidential informant was used during those stings. Dyer's attorney says his client is being targeted because he is the nephew of Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer.
