You can see a woman taking items from a store shelf. She turns her back to the camera and appears to stuff the items into a man's pants. Police say a third suspect who was waiting outside helped the pair get away. Investigators released this surveillance picture of the female suspect. They say she's in her mid 20's about five foot two 120-to-130 pounds.
