The head-on accident between two semis happened on Highway 97 near the town of Crescent.State police say 32-year old Jose Luiz Sanchez of Coalinga was a passenger. Driver Alfonso Rodriguez Sanchez of Coalinga is listed in serious condition, as is the driver of the other truck.
