Fresno Mail Carrier Retires after 5 Decades

A mail carrier who's been delivering in the city of Fresno for 5 decades is calling it a career. Logan Howard is a big reason why "neither snow nor rain nor gloom of night" stops your mail from being delivered. He's worked for the postal service in Fresno for 50 years.

Logan was on the job back when the post office still had bike routes in Fresno in the 60's.

He's got a pretty sharp memory when it comes to addresses, and recalls several of the customers on his route.

Howard has delivered in the Bullard high school area for the last few years and says the best part of the job is serving the people, since it's the people who keep the post office in business.
