The crash happened just before eleven o'clock Thursday morning on big Oak Flat Road, about a mile west of the Yosemite Valley floor. Yosemite officials say most of the children received minor injuries. No one was killed. The buses were from Yolo Middle School in Newman.
Pictures taken at the scene of the crash show students and chaperones strapped to stretchers.
The un-injured children and adults were taken off the buses and waited on the side of the road.
