Lee's husband, Fou-Choy Saephan appeared in court Wednesday. He was arrested Monday night after a security guard at the Chukchansi Casino saw the couple's two young children alone in a car.
A judge delayed Saephan's arraignment today. His attorney claims he needs an interpreter because he doesn't speak English. Prosecutors disagree.
Saephan's arraignment was postponed until Friday.
