The nephew of Fresno's police chief has struck a deal with authorities after his arrest on drug charges. Damon Dyer has agreed to change his plea to guilty in exchange for a reduced sentence. Dyer was arrested earlier this year by Clovis police.

Police say he sold cocaine and also say they found prescription painkillers and steroids in his bedroom.

Dyer's guilty plea applies to multiple charges including unlawful possession of controlled substance and driving under the influence.

He's expected to be sentenced on June 18th.
