Amber Alert Issued for 3-Year old

5/21/2008 Sacramento, CA The victim has brown hair, brown eyes and was wearing a yellow T-shirt and underwear.

The suspect is a white male adult, approximately 28 years old. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 198 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.

The suspect was driving a 2007 dark Blue Chrysler 300 with a California license plate of 6DBR388.
