Each victim was approached by a Hispanic female and another Hispanic person while they were going into a store.
They ask for directions to a location nearby - then ask for a ride to that location.
The suspects tell the victim that they have a winning lottery ticket, but they can't turn it in because they're not U.S. citizens.
One of the suspects goes into a convenience store and pretends to confirm that they have a winning ticket.
But he says they need to bring $40,000 with them as a deposit and the victim will receive money for helping bring in the winning ticket.
Anyone with information about the scam or the location of the two suspects is asked to contact the clovis police department.
