Two people were killed in the shooting on May 8, 2008 at the Sequoia Terrace Apartments. A third person was permanently paralyzed.
Five other people, including three children, were in the apartment at the time of the shooting.
Police Chief Jerry Dyer is holding a news conference right now to release more information on the arrest.
