That's less than the 19-million dollars awarded by a jury last year. The deal apparently ends the legal fight that sparked criticism of Fresno State President John Welty and the University's handling of women's athletics.
Paboojian says Johnson-Klein is happy with the deal and quote "looking forward to moving onto another career in the near future."
