Lightning Sparks Fires in the Foothills

6/22/2008 Fresno, CA Wildfires are burning in the Oakhurst area, as well as Fish Camp, Catheys Valley, and Raymond. They were all started Saturday by lightning.

None of the fires are threatening any structures but firefighting crews are stretched thin with fires burning all over the state.

The largest of the foothill fires is in Catheys Valley. It's more than a thousand acres, but is about 60 percent contained.
