Another targeted area is next to the Stanislaus Street overpass.
The notice warned people in homeless camps that city crews would be cleaning-up the area and removing personal property, junk and garbage Wednesday morning.
Earlier this month, the city was ordered to pay over $2-million dollars in a settlement for destroying the personal property of several homeless people because it violated their constitutional rights.
