Mistrial Declared in Fresno Attorney Trial

7/11/2008 Fresno, CA Jurors couldn't agree if Greg Morris was sane at the time he stole from some of his clients. The same jury previously convicted Morris of stealing money from those people.

Morris pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. At one time, Morris made millions defending clients in many states.

The District Attorney will now have to decide whether or not to retry the case.
