Police Investigate Southeast Fresno Murder

7/20/2008 Fresno, CA Officers found the stabbing victim unconscious in this neighborhood. They rushed him to the trauma unit at Community Regional Medical Center, but he died in surgery two hours later.

Investigators aren't releasing many details about the victim or potential suspects.

The stabbing is Fresno's 24th murder of the year, compared to 30 at this time last year.
