In Fresno, the average price is now at $4.50 a gallon. That's down ten cents in two weeks.
In Merced, it's also down a dime in two weeks at $4.47 a gallon.
In Visalia, it costs $4.53 a gallon. That's down 12 cents in two weeks, but it's still nearly the most expensive in the entire state.
