First, the suspect circles the room ... then he leaves. He returns a few seconds later and pulls a large tool out of his bag.
The video shows him pry open the change drawers on just about all of the washers and dryers in the laundry room.
Investigators are asking anyone who might recognize the man in the video to contact the Fresno Police Department.
