Valley Home Prices Dropping

7/26/2008 Fresno, CA The California Association of Realtors says sales of existing homes rose more than 17 percent last month, driven mainly by low prices and foreclosure sales. It's the third straight month of gains compared to last year.

In Fresno County, the median price dipped $1,000 in June. In Merced County prices fell by $16,000, and in Tulare County home prices dropped about $12,000.
