Taylor Wins Gold for USA

There's no shortage of hardware for team USA at the Olympics.Taylor became the first hurdler since the great Edwin Moses to win Olympic gold medals eight years apart.

Angelo led Team USA to a clean sweep of the 400-meters.

Kerron Clement and Bershawn Jackson took silver and bronze.

California's Stephanie Brown Trafton won a surprise gold medal for Team USA in the women's discus.

No one's ever repeated as gold medalist in beach volleyball. But Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh are on their way. Tuesday they vaulted into the finals by crushing Brazil.

American Jenn Stuczynski won a silver medal in the pole vault, finishing behind Russian superstar Yelena Isinbayeva who dazzled 90,000 at the Bird's Nest with a new world record.

The US Women's soccer team came back from a 1-nothing deficit to defeat Japan, 4-2. Two goals by Angela Hucles propelled the American women to a showdown in the finals against BRAZIL.

And what can you say about the U.S. softball team, another record shattering performance for the women, scoring 9 runs in the first inning, crushing China 9-nothing.
