Cell phone call leads cops to illegals

A cell phone call led deputies to a home in Palmdale, where they discovered at least a dozen illegal immigrants living there.Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies found at least 22 people from Central and South America at the home.

The immigrants claimed they were being held hostage in the house until smuggling fees were paid.

The people ranged in age from 3-year-olds to 40-year-olds.

All are now in the custody of immigration authorities.
