Police say Davis is the man captured by surveillance cameras last week at a Washington Mutual Bank next to Manchester Center on Blackstone.
Investigators say he gave the teller a note demanding cash and claimed he had a gun.
Davis is also accused of robbing a Citibank branch in central Fresno in March.
