Bulldogs Gear up for Wisconsin

"They will be a great challenge for us. Last week against Marshall they opened up their passing attack and we're going to have to find a way to stop that running back PJ Hill," said Bulldog coach Pat Hill.

Wisconsin's previous two opponents were not able to slowdown the 5'11 240 lbs running back. Hill is averaging 134-yards rushing with four touchdowns so far this season. A down hill runner Pat Hill likens to a former bulldog back "He's Dwayne Wright with speed, a north-south runner. I love him, he's a physical guy."

But he's not the only Badger with speed and toughness. Hill calls Wisconsin's defense much better than the one Fresno State faced back 2001 and 2002 -- the last time the two teams met. "They got two linebackers that can really move. They're much faster and quicker than the team we faced a few years back especially at the linebacker position."

The school is projecting a sellout for this game. Earlier Monday morning red wavers stood in line to buy up the last of the estimated one hundred tickets that still remained. "Hopefully everybody is there early and the crowd is loud. The crowd is important to giving us an the emotional edge," said Hill. Kickoff for this nationally television game by ESPN2 is set for 7:30 at Bulldog Stadium.
