Tulare County Deputies Search for Gunman

Fresno, CA, USA Investigators responded to a shots fired call at the 16,000 block of Oak. They found 26-year old Nicholas James Martinez suffering from a minor gunshot wound to the rear.

Deputies are trying to determine what lead to the shooting.
