Governor Schwarzenegger took office after the last gubernatorial recall, which ousted Democratic Governor Gray Davis. The California Republican Assembly has been unhappy with Schwarzenegger, particularly with regard to state finances. It voted this weekend to investigate whether it should join the recall.
Wilson: Gov. should fight recall threat
