Police said he sexually assaulted two 15-year old boys in his room. "He gained their trust, won their confidence purporting to be a friend and a support for them and offering them a safe place where they could go and basically hang out," said Chris Fitzgerald with the Centralia Police Department.
Strickland lived in Fresno for most of his life and moved to Washington State recently. He's being held on $25,000 dollars bail.
