Motel Shooting in Merced

Merced, CA, USA It happened last night at the Siesta Motel on 16th near "tee" street. Witnesses say a man in his 50's went into the motel room and got into an argument with the woman.

Police say the man shot the woman in the chest ... And ran away. The woman was air-lifted to a hospital in Modesto ... and is expected to survive.
