Lottery Scam Suspect Arrested

Fresno, CA, USA Daniel Butcher is accused of stealing the tickets from a convenience store. Investigators say Butcher kept the winners and manipulated the losing tickets to look like they hadn't been played.

Fresno police got several tips on this case after Action News aired this story Thursday.

Investigators say Butcher turned himself in this afternoon.
