Met Museum Open 24/7

Fresno, CA, USA Admission is free all weekend, and activities are planned both inside and outside the museum.

The Met has only been open for two days and already thousands have entered its doors to check out all the exhibits, like "Feathered Dinosaurs and the Origin of Flight." That includes a group of 80 children from Bartlett Middle School who traveled in two charter buses all the way from Porterville.

"This is probably the first a lot of our students have even left town. Just being able to be in a charter bus was exciting. The kids were so excited looking out the window, and watching as the cities passed by. It's important for them to see Fresno, I was really excited for us to be able to come at night because they were able to see the lights and everything lit up," said Bartlett teacher Heather Stroub.
