Thick Fog Returns to the Valley

11/22/2008 Fresno, CA, USA Caltrans and the California Highway Patrol unveiled new equipment and construction plans to prevent any major fog accidents this season.

Their worst case scenario happened last year, when dozens of cars piled up on highway 99.
