Double shooting suspect arrested

The Fresno man wanted in the shooting that left a teenager dead and his father injured has been arrested in Arizona.Deputies arrested 21-year-old, Carl Joseph Oliver in Bullhead City, Arizona. Authorities pulled him over after Oliver dropped a chocolate pie on his car floorboard, causing him to swerve on the road.

A police check showed the car to be stolen from Lemoore. They also found out he had an arrest warrant for the double shooting that happened in Fresno at Backer and Huntington.

Police say several men were arguing in the middle of the street when Oliver pulled out a gun and started shooting.

A father and son were both shot in the upper chest. The 19-year-old son died. Oliver will be extradited back to Fresno.
