Barbara Bush Released from Hospital

Fresno, CA Mrs. Bush was hospitalized in Houston last week for abdominal pains, and underwent surgery last Tuesday. A Bush family spokesperson said the 83-year old is in good condition and recovering as expected.

Monday, she began a liquid diet after test results came back normal.
