Bell was booked into the Fresno County Jail yesterday. But Flowers is still on the loose and police said he's armed and dangerous.
Police said the duo opened fire on several homes in Southwest Fresno before and after Christmas but no one was hurt.
A seventeen -year old suspect was also arrested for the shootings.
